We understand what it’s like to reach a point in life where everything may look perfectly fine on the outside, yet something inside you feels different.
You’ve spent years building a life, filling roles, making decisions, and becoming very good at being who you needed to be. But somewhere along the way, you may have started wondering what you actually like now, what still fits, what you’ve outgrown, and what you might want next.
BECOMING gives you the space to get curious about those questions without needing to have the answers.
Rather than telling you who you should be or giving you another plan for self-improvement, we’ll create experiences that invite you to notice, experiment, move, play, reflect, and maybe even surprise yourself.
With only five women, we’re able to make the experience personal. We’ll meet you where you are, offer individualized experiences alongside our group sessions, and give you plenty of room to participate in your own way. There’s no forced sharing, no pressure for a breakthrough, and no expectation that you arrive ready to change your life.
You’ll also spend four nights with a small group of women who may be asking some of the same questions you are. There will be meaningful conversations, but there will also be good food, laughter, quiet mornings, new experiences, time alone, and moments you never could have planned.
You don’t have to arrive knowing who you’re becoming.
You just have to be curious enough to find out.
BECOMING may be right for you if something in your life—or simply something in you—feels different than it used to.
Maybe you’re questioning what still fits. Maybe you’re curious about interests or parts of yourself you haven’t made room for in a long time. Maybe you’re entering a new season of life and aren’t quite sure what you want it to look like.
Or maybe nothing is wrong at all.
You simply want a few days away from your usual roles and routines to explore, try new things, have meaningful conversations, laugh, rest when you want to, and pay attention to what feels like you now.
You don’t need a goal. You don’t need a breakthrough. And you definitely don’t need to arrive with your next chapter figured out.
A little curiosity is enough.
BECOMING may not be the right retreat for you if you're looking for an intensive therapeutic experience, a structured program designed to fix a specific problem, or someone to tell you exactly what your next chapter should look like.
It may also not be the best fit if your ideal retreat is primarily sightseeing, spa treatments, or spending most of your time completely on your own. There is plenty of breathing room built into BECOMING, but the experiences, conversations, and time we spend together are an important part of what makes this retreat different.
You'll be invited to try things that may be unfamiliar, playful, thought-provoking, or a little outside your usual comfort zone. You can always say no, sit something out, or change your mind—but if you already know you have no interest in experimenting or getting curious about yourself, this probably isn't the retreat for you.
And if you're looking for a dramatic transformation, a perfectly mapped-out future, or a completely new version of yourself by Sunday morning, we're probably going to disappoint you.
BECOMING isn't about becoming someone else. It's about getting curious about who you are now—and giving yourself permission to see what comes next.
You won’t spend four days sitting around talking about who you want to become. Through movement, sound, creative experiences, body-based practices, and a few things you probably won’t expect, you’ll have opportunities to try, notice, and discover what feels like you now. You don’t need to know the modalities—or even what you’re looking for. Just experience them and see what happens.
BECOMING is intentionally limited to just five women, each with her own private suite. That allows us to get to know you, personalize parts of your experience, and offer genuine individual attention while still creating the connection of a small group. You’ll never feel like one person in a crowd.
Somewhere along the way, we develop rules about who we are, what we like, what we’re good at, and what we would never do. BECOMING gives you permission to question some of those rules. Try something different. Say yes. Say no. Change your mind. Laugh at yourself. Wear it anyway. Nothing here requires you to become someone else.
There’s an intentional progression to BECOMING, but we’re not going to schedule every minute of your day. There’s room for a quiet cup of coffee, an unexpected conversation, a walk outside, an afternoon nap, or simply being alone in your suite. Because sometimes what you need doesn’t happen during the session—it happens in the space afterward.
The retreat schedule is thoughtfully crafted to guide you on a journey of comprehensive healing, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic aspects of your well-being. Each day begins with group education sessions that lay the foundation for your holistic wellness journey, offering insights into how mind, body, and spirit are interconnected.
From there, immerse yourself in a variety of transformative experiences:
Ample free time is built into each day’s schedule, allowing you to relax, reflect, and explore the beautiful surroundings. Whether you’re connecting with your partner or enjoying a peaceful moment of solitude, every aspect of this retreat is designed to nurture your entire being.
* Itinerary May Change
This was truly the best thing I have EVER done for myself. I learned so much about myself and how to heal myself. Words cannot express my true gratitude for my hosts. Leslie and Stacey are beautiful people inside and out. Their goals are sincere and pure. They want you to heal. I even see differences in my family when we interact. They are happier seeing me happier and that just adds an extra dimension to what they helped me achieve. I love my hosts and the beautiful women I met on this journey. I hope we all continue to do the work taught to us moving forward. I truly love each and every one of you! I cannot leave without mentioning the amazing food these two wonderful people made for us. Three delicious meals every day! Thank you thank you thank you!
I found my inner voice. This literally changed my life. I know you see that a lot on retreat information but I don't think it would have happened anywhere else. Leslie and Stacey both are such special people that have a gift and share it so well.
This retreat was worth every penny and more. I want to shout from the rooftops "everyone needs this!" but I'm also in a place it's exciting to have these experiences to keep to myself and know it worked and I don't need the validation of others having that experience. I know it changed the course of my life and brought back so much light I didn't know was missing.
I didn't really know what to expect on this retreat. I was overwhelmed and over worked in life, and wanted to get away. What I got was way more than I bargained for. After the long weekend, I came away with hope, peace, a new direction and some new friends. Being in nature with a cozy room, soft bed, wonderful instructors and group of ladies who were there, like I was, with the intention of improving ourselves, was the perfect combination for a life changing experience.

Step Away from the Familiar. See What You Notice.
Set among the rolling hills and wide-open skies of the Texas Hill Country, Casa StarLight gives you something that can be surprisingly hard to find at home: space to just be.
Away from your usual routines, responsibilities, and the people who already know you in certain roles, there's room to experience yourself a little differently. Take your coffee outside in the morning. Wander the property between sessions. Find a quiet place to sit with a thought. Watch the sunset stretch across the hills. Step outside after dinner and look up at a sky filled with stars.
You don't have to use the quiet to figure anything out.
Sometimes a change of scenery is enough to interrupt the autopilot, make room for a new thought, or remind you of something you've forgotten you enjoy.
A little distance from everyday life can give you a very different view of what comes next.
