We understand what it’s like to keep showing up, handling what needs to be handled, and taking care of the people around you—while quietly realizing that you’re tired, too.
The Exhale was created for women who don’t necessarily need to be “fixed.”
You may simply need space to step away from the noise, the responsibilities, and the constant doing long enough to hear yourself again.
Our integrative approach brings together restorative experiences designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system. Rather than asking you to push harder or work on becoming a better version of yourself, we invite you to slow down, receive, and discover what happens when you’re no longer responsible for holding everything together.
We meet you where you are. There is no expectation to perform, share more than you want to, or experience the retreat in a particular way. Our team brings different areas of expertise together to create an experience that feels personal, supportive, and intentionally unhurried.
And you won’t be doing it alone.
The Exhale brings together a small group of women who understand what it means to carry a lot. There will be meaningful conversations and quiet moments, laughter and connection, new experiences and plenty of room to simply be.
You may arrive carrying a lot.
Our hope is that you leave carrying considerably less.

The Exhale isn’t about filling every hour, pushing you toward a breakthrough, or sending you home with a long list of things to work on. The Exhale isn’t about filling every hour, pushing you toward a breakthrough, or sending you home with a long list of things to work on. Everything is intentionally designed to help you slow down, receive, experience, and reconnect—with enough space between it all to actually breathe. You’ll be invited to explore new ways of supporting your mind, body, and overall well-being without pressure to perform, participate perfectly, or become someone new.
You’re not coming here to reinvent yourself. You’re coming back to yourself.
Sometimes you already know why you’re tired, overwhelmed, or stuck. Talking about it more isn’t necessarily what you need. The Exhale brings together experiences that work with the body, mind, and nervous system—from sound and movement to hands-on and integrative wellness practices. You’ll have opportunities to experience what helps you
Sometimes you already know why you’re tired, overwhelmed, or stuck. Talking about it more isn’t necessarily what you need. The Exhale brings together experiences that work with the body, mind, and nervous system—from sound and movement to hands-on and integrative wellness practices. You’ll have opportunities to experience what helps you feel more grounded, settled, connected, and present rather than simply talking about getting there.
There is no one-size-fits-all formula here. What feels restorative to one woman may not be what another needs at all. Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience different approaches and have opportunities for more individualized support. You’re encouraged to notice what your body and mind respond to—and leave with a better understanding of what actually supports you.

You won’t disappear into a crowd of 20 women. The Exhale is intentionally limited to a small group, allowing us to create a more personal, comfortable experience where there is room for genuine connection without forced vulnerability. Share when you want to. Be quiet when you need to. Laugh around the table. Find a corner to yourself. There is space for all of it.
Because sometimes the most restorative thing is simply being somewhere you don’t have to be anything for anyone.
The Exhale is intentionally paced to move from arriving & letting go → settling into yourself → reconnecting → carrying something different home.
There’s structure, but never so much that your retreat becomes another schedule to manage.
Leave the outside world outside.
Arrive, settle into your space, meet the women you’ll be sharing these few days with, and begin shifting out of doing mode. We’ll gather for an easy welcome, good food, and a gentle experience designed to help you land—no deep work, no expectations. Just arrive.
Your only job is to stop rushing.
We begin exploring what happens when your body is finally given permission to slow down. Through gentle movement, sound, restorative experiences, nourishing meals, and plenty of breathing room, the focus is less on doing something and more on noticing what you need.
You don’t have to be the one giving today.
This day is intentionally centered around receiving. Individual wellness experiences, quiet time, connection, and restorative practices allow you to experience different ways of supporting your body and mind. No taking care of anyone else. No earning your rest.
Make a little room for yourself again.
As the noise settles, we turn toward what you may have lost touch with along the way—your wants, your intuition, your joy, your sense of self. Expect meaningful experiences, laughter, connection, beautiful surroundings, and time to simply enjoy being where you are.
Because the goal isn’t to feel wonderful for five days and overwhelmed again by Tuesday.
Our final morning is gentle and intentional. We’ll reflect on what you’ve noticed, what supported you, and what you want to carry home—not as another list of things you should do, but as a clearer understanding of what helps you feel like yourself.
Come carrying everything.
Leave knowing you don’t have to.
I would truly encourage everyone to take that first step for themselves as an individual and experience a wellness retreat like this. It can open your mind to a whole new perspective and make a real difference in the way you look at life. ❤️
I didn't know where to start and if you feel the same way than just do it. Book the retreat, get out of your comfort zone and take that chance on YOURSELF and FOR yourself.
My experience was amazing!! I was able to learn a lot about myself and got everything I wanted out of this retreat. It was exactly what I was looking for and needed. It also allowed me to connect with other women and make lasting friendships. I would definitely do it again. Leslie and Stacey are amazing women to do what they do to help other women.

Imagine stepping away from the noise of everyday life and into the wide-open beauty of the Texas Hill Country, where expansive views, quiet mornings, and star-filled skies invite you to slow down.
At Casa Starlight, there’s room to breathe differently. To linger over your morning coffee. To sit outside without somewhere else you need to be. To watch the sun disappear over the hills and remember what it feels like when your mind isn’t already racing toward the next thing.
Away from the schedules, responsibilities, and constant demands of home, you’ll have space to unplug, settle in, and reconnect with yourself. The peaceful surroundings become part of The Exhale—creating a beautiful backdrop for rest, reflection, meaningful connection, and moments of simply doing nothing at all.
Come tired. Come carrying too much. Come exactly as you are.
There’s room for you to exhale here.
